Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) is a domain of ICT aiming to integrate different communication channel in the Enterprise Environment (Telephony, messaging, call center).
Work place: Gent
As UCC Project Coordinator, you:
- Deliver UCC projects on time, within budget, at the right quality and with focus on the client;
- Together with the customer, build and define the various delivery milestones, and jointly monitor their execution with the engineers assigned to the project;
- Make adjustments to the project if needed during the roll out, coordinate these actions between the different parties (customer, sales, 3rd party, connectivity);
- Follow up and guide the engineers in their assignments;
- Follow up of different 3rd parties if this is included in the project;
- Detect points of improvement in the process and if they recur regularly, forward them to the delivery team leader for a structural adjustment to be pushed through;
- Do scope & budget monitoring;
- Broaden and deepen your knowledge level in relevant knowledge areas;
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and reports linked to customer;
Your profile
- Specific expertise: affinity with UCC / network / QoS
- You have good social skills
- A team player
- Your are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge in French and English knowledge
- You have at least a bachelor degree
