• A law student in your first of second masters with a great interest in corporate law such as M&A, venture capital,... and banking and finance law?


• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good command of English and a passive knowledge of the other language?

We offer you the unique opportunity to

• Get acquainted with the profession of a lawyer draft memos and submissions, work on real cases, participate in team and sometimes even client meetings, discuss cases with the lawyers of the department to get a better understanding of how the theory is put in practice... so more than legal research!


• To work at the Liedekerke law firm in the centre of Brussels for a month during your summer break (June, July or September).


• To meet and to get to know the members of our Firm and who knows, maybe your future colleagues?

Of course, you will also receive a salary, meal vouchers and reimbursement of public transport.

When selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters Jolien Rooselaers or Julimar Abellanosa to invite you to an interview day with some Corporate and Finance associates. This provided you the opportunities to ask all the questions you need. The interview days are scheduled on Tuesday October 22 and Thursday December 5.
