Air Liquide Medical Ltd. NV and Air Liquide Healthcare Netherlands provide healthcare professionals and patients with solutions that contribute to our mission of protecting vulnerable lives. We are constantly inventing and developing solutions for healthcare facilities. In the Hospital Care (Belux) business, our employees serve more than 7,500 hospitals and clinics every day, supplying them with oxygen and other medical gases. In the Homecare business (Belux), our employees take care of the respiratory treatment at home of, among others, more than 40,000 patients.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Opleiding in het gebruik van ons 4U-portaal (voornamelijk gebruikt voor bestellingen, het bekijken van facturen en leveringsbonnen). U begeleidt klanten telefonisch om hun account aan te maken maar ook om hun eerste bestelling te plaatsen en zich vertrouwd te maken met het portaal.
Ontwikkeling van het Equipment gedeelte van het 4U portaal in samenwerking met de afdeling Procurement. Uitbreiding van het assortiment beschikbare producten, creatie van technische datasheets, ondersteuning van de CSC-coördinator bij het beantwoorden van verzoeken van klanten.
Helpen en ondersteunen van het Customer Service Centre bij het aanmaken van klanten in het ERP-systeem SAP. Ondersteunen van het team via onze telefoondienst. Opzetten en implementeren van een data cleaning methodiek en zorgen voor opvolging.
Deze taken gaan gepaard met regelmatige rapportage aan je manager.
