client in Brussels, we are looking for a solution analyst

 

Context of the mission

The
function analyses and translates internal customers' needs into “requirements”
(business analysis) and then translates these “requirements” into a functional
design, taking into account the framework (the existing architecture, the
technical possibilities and limitations, etc.), implementing them and maintains
specific applications, provides end user support within his / her scope, In
order to guarantee a quality system that meets the Business needs.

Profile

·       
computer
science bachelor or equivalent through experience (+ 9 years of experience)

·       
Knowledge
of the operation of processes and applications in his / her domain)

·       
Proven
knowledge of PVRE, PVAD and PVTM

·       
Functional
analysis & Business analysis: complex systems / projects / business domains

·       
Implementation:
Ensures implementation of own work

·       
Workload
estimates: Makes workload estimates for their own domain

·       
Customer
relationship: point of contact of end users to coordinate technical aspects or
functional needs

·       
Guidance:
supervises colleagues (whether or not in the role of IT delivery lead or Team)
Master / Scrum Master) with final responsibility for work performed (quality
control)

 

Main responsibilities

1.     
Applications

The analyst
monitors and analyses the functioning (functionality, performance and safety)
of applications against the requirements in order to identify potential
functional adjustments and / or improvements to the systems (Example of
activities - Organizes reviews with customers - Realization of functional analyses)

expected:
There are
documented needs and requirements that clearly describe the needs of the
business. There are documented analyses of the functionality, performance and
safety of the applications

2.     
Adjustments and improvements

The analyst
identifies user needs and receives requests regarding applications or
functionalities, translates them into functional design for the development of
new or the adaptation of existing applications / functionalities. He ensures
the necessary coordination with the various stakeholders in order to ensure
that our company has access to it. about efficient applications that meet
internal or external customer needs

The
developments are clear to both job holders and applicants

3.     
Project follow-up

The analyst
monitors the planned planning, carries out itself and, if necessary, ensures
the quality control of work of colleagues within his field of domain. In order
to contribute to the success of the project with a final responsibility for the
solution in his field of expertise.

4.     
Advice

Ensures
that business needs are understood from a functional and technical point of
view, critically evaluating and controlling them in order to propose
alternatives for better IT solutions and to allow management to make decisions

5.     
To test

The analyst
identifies the test criteria that are relevant, devises testing and
communicates them to the applicant, the people involved with testing and / or
project leader. In order to check whether the developed application meets the
initially formulated needs and the quality requirements and whether it can be
implemented.

This
concerns both the testing programs and acceptance tests (performance,
functional, stress and production acceptance testing).

Results expected: Quality of the work delivered by
others during projects within its scope. Respect of planning requirements of
work

6.     
User support

Provides
the necessary user support (through training, documentation, etc.), records
user questions around the daily consumption of the applications. In order to
contribute to the correct use of the applications by the users

7.     
Implementation

The analyst
participates in IT projects (or helps to identify and calculate project plan
and steps, estimate work) by adapting, preparing and testing applications. In
order to make an operational application available to the applicant or project
manager

Example of
activities: Composition of the functional and technical requirements of the
specifications of specifications for external parties. Participate in defining,
weighing and checking the scope of the project. Prepare transition plan


Results expected: Documentation is available and
clear. Users can use the applications better after the given training. Users
follow the methodologies and standards
