The role


Join Euroclear as a Senior Product Manager in the Digital Communication Channels department, part of the Client Experience Division. This role offers the chance to drive our digital ambitions, enhancing client satisfaction and internal efficiency. You’ll help define and implement a top-tier digital communication strategy, addressing client needs and embedding our aspirational Client Experience into our products and services.


You’ll work with an international team to develop and grow digital products and services, leveraging our franchise for global expansion and re-architecting the post-trade landscape.


The mission



  • Formulate Strategy: Develop communication strategies for digital products across group CSDs, aligning teams, uncovering opportunities, and analyzing consumer behavior.

  • Identify and Implement Changes: Recognize vital feature changes to meet customer needs and coordinate with other departments to implement them.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and propose responses.

  • Research and Development: Take ownership of ideas, consult the market, assess industry movements, and refine value-based pricing. Identify impacts of technological/regulatory changes and develop new services.

  • Representation: Represent Euroclear in external and group meetings, potentially involving travel.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to grow communication channels revenue, track product success, and recommend improvements.

  • Experience: Senior product, network, or business analyst role, preferably in financial services.
