We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to reinforce our Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium, which acts as a Centre of Excellence in the global PwC network. Dependent on the numbers of years of experience, we are looking for qualified individuals that have a solid experience and expertise in 1 or more of the following key areas:

  • Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Management Systems, Payment Factory Systems, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, …)
  • Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, …)

Your impact

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll make an impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic, operational and process advice as well as treasury support to clients, dealing with complex treasury related issues
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks within projects with the continuous objective to improve the way of working as well as the quality delivered
  • Coach and supervise junior staff on the job
  • Develop and lead business development initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing PwC’s position in the treasury consulting market

About you

You have:

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and ideally already possess some experience in the above areas in a Corporate Treasury, in a leading Cash Management Bank or at a System Vendor.
  • A good understanding of at least one of our core service offerings:​

- ​Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Systems, Payments, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, …)

- Cash & Liquidity Management

- Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, …)

  • Passionate about innovation in Finance & Treasury (Blockchain, RPA, AI, ...)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team-spirit environment
  • Fluency in English, with preferably good knowledge of Dutch and/or French
  • Any other European language or an ACT certification (CertICM) is an asset
  • You are willing to travel and to work on international assignments.
