Process Analyst

Your duties

Guiding and following up all incoming calls and pending tickets from internal users of the Group

Granting access for software applications

Introducing new clauses in the systems (eg introducing holidays in the time registration tool, ..)

Follow-up by generating reports from the system on a regular basis

Support initiatives regarding GDPR

Monitor the operation of applications and test if interventions have been made by IT (e.g. updates regarding security)

Your profile

You have a bachelor's degree in Economics or Computer Science, or equivalent through experience. School-leavers who want to gain a great first experience are also always welcome

You have a very good knowledge of French, Dutch is certainly a plus

You work very carefully and are solution-oriented

A basic knowledge of Mainframe is recommended
