We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Principal Developer who is also passionate about coaching and mentoring. With over 10 years of development experience, you will lead the design and development of robust and scalable applications that automate and enhance physician administration. Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop full stack solutions to automate healthcare administration.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Drive technical excellence and best practices within the development team.
- Engage in hands-on development with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and various cloud computing services.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node JS, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Extensive experience with cloud computing, particularly Azure.
- Strong background in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, Redis cache, and modern front-end frameworks such as Svelte.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Highly pragmatic, collaborative, and committed to achieving extraordinary results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Vue.js, Terraform, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express and C#/Java Spring.
- Knowledge of deployment and CI processes.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and Flutter.
