Description:


As a member of the Oracle Payments Interface (OPI) Enablement team, you will be responsible for accelerating payment partners on their path to OPI integration. You will apply a framework that will help payment partners start their journey with OPI, provide them with resources to help them learn, and accelerate the validation of their integration using new tools and technology.



  • Serve as a key point of contact for Payment Partners – Provide guidance to payment partners as they navigate the onboarding journey.

  • Identify improvements in process to accelerate future Payment Partners – Listen to feedback from Payment Partners and recommend changes to the framework that will lead to future improvements.

  • Help Payment Partners clear hurdles to progress – Ensure payment partners stay moving through the onboarding process fluidly, and help payment partners solve problems that keep them on-track


Qualifications:


The duties and tasks of this role will involve following a standard validation framework and applying it to Payment Partner onboarding journeys.  There may be some variation which will require critical thinking.  Ideal candidates will be self-starters who are comfortable executing day to day tasks with minimal supervision without sacrificing quality of service to those we serve.


Qualifications Include:



  • At least 1 year of previous experience installing OPI or integration solutions to OPI

  • The ability to provide clear, concise advice and mentorship throughout a technical process

  • Excellent communication skills

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
