Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager
Location: Amsterdam
Reports to (Position): Head of Marketing EU
Department/Function: Marketing

Description of the work area:
As Marketing &
Communications Manager you will be responsible for all marketing &
communication activities in Europe. You are responsible for developing
strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand
messaging across various marketing channels. Be leader of brand strategies
(Vredestein and Apollo) and oversee execution for all product groups (PCT, TBR,
OHT, TWT). As key member of our commercial organization you participate
in the global brand and digital council and collaborate closely with peers in
Marketing department (central and local). You are based out of our Amsterdam
office and report directly to our Head of Marketing Europe.

What will be
your role?

- You create and deploy the strategy of MarCom team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and (Social) Media Strategy
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the MarCom department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Ensure our brand & design message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- People Management

Do
you have what it takes? (requirements)

- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Able to work under pressure and maintain the right balance among multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with Customers/Vendors
- Good command in Excel
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
