Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of designers, stylists, and photographers to produce high-quality creative content.
  


• Oversee the studio schedule to ensure all projects are completed on time and align with brand aesthetics and marketing strategies.
  


• Coordinate with retail, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure all product shoots and campaigns are aligned with current trends and business objectives.
  


• Maintain the studio space, ensuring equipment and tools are properly managed and maintained.
  


• Manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency across all studio operations.
  


• Collaborate with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless integration of services.
  


• Ensure consistency in visual standards across all creative outputs.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Store Manager experience within the fashion industry.
  


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
  


• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  


• Creative flair with a deep understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising.
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
  


• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail processes is a plus.
