Position Overview:


As an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that our Italian-speaking customers have an exceptional travel experience. You will handle inquiries, provide information, solve problems, and facilitate bookings with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian-speaking customers regarding travel inquiries, bookings, and support issues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, destinations, policies, and services.
  • Booking Management: Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling bookings, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
  • Support Services: Offer support for issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, and other customer concerns.
  • Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services and products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:


  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
  • Team Player: Strong team orientation with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
