Your impact at MUFG
The IT Finance & Administration Business Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing financial and administrative activities within the IT department. This role ensures efficient expense management, contract administration, and resource management. The position supports the IT department by providing accurate financial insights and administrative support to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
The Systems Division supports MBE’s IT structures with regards to IT applications, infrastructure and hardware. There are 4 pillars in the division:
The AVP IT Finance & Administration Business Analyst reports to the Head of IT Planning who reports to the Head of IT Division.
The role includes the following:
Expense Management
Contract Administration
Resource Management
General Administration
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
The role holder will ideally have 2+ years of experience in finance and administration whether in financial institution or corporate environment. More experienced candidates who want to switch careers are welcome to apply as well. IT technical experience is not . Experience in business administration is also applicable. Project management experience is a plus.
