As an Internal Communications Associate, you will be joining forces with a diverse community of ambitious people who see things differently and possess skills that combine conceptual strength and decisiveness. You will have the opportunity to study complex issues and apply your knowledge and expertise to deliver sustained communication outcomes and build trust through effective internal communications campaigns and projects. 

Your impact:

  • You will be reporting directly to the Internal Communications Manager and will be part of the PWC communications team, dedicated to delivering impactful internal, external and social media communication strategies across our PWC network and stakeholders.

  • You assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and initiatives. You bring new ideas and are happy to brainstorm for improvement. 

  • You help build a strong network within PWC Belgium in order to optimize internal communication flows, and to inform, motivate, and connect all colleagues as effectively and efficiently as possible about relevant news and updates. 

  • You collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to write, create and distribute internal communications materials, such as newsletters, videos and announcements.

  • You manage the intranet, including content creation and design.

  • You contribute to specific projects related to employee engagement, AI and sustainability.

  • You utilize your strong writing skills, strong written skills in english are a must, to create engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels

  • You assist in organising and coordinating internal events.
     

About you:

  • Digital proficiency: You are a digital native. Proficiency in digital communication is essential. You are eager to learn and adopt new communication tools and strategies. 

  • Tech-powered:

  • Data-literacy: Data-driven decision-making is increasingly important in internal communications. Are you comfortable using analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make data-informed decisions? Then you are our perfect match.

  • Writing skills (English): Excellent written communication and editing skills, especially in English. You have the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner to different internal stakeholders. 

  • Project management: Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You pay attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Collaboration skills: You can effectively work with cross-functional teams to realise communication goals.
