Fidelity Investments Financial Services Operations Internship Programme 2026

Location: Citywest, Dublin 24

Placement Dates: January to August

The Program:

Fidelity Investments Ireland is looking for students to join our Internship Programme. The programme is intended to give you a meaningful and rewarding placement gaining exposure to financial services while also participating in personal and professional development training. 

The successful candidate will work within an exciting, fast-paced and growing Operations & Corporate Shared Services environment. Fidelity is committed to innovation and to providing the best customer experience in financial services.

Internships begin in late January or late March and run through to the end of August.

The Team:

Our operations group provides middle and back-office services to Fidelity businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. You will be placed in one of our teams who support the processing of financial transactions through the trade lifecycle including: Account Services, Settlements, Asset Services, Tax Services, Corporate Actions, Security Reference, Quality & Performance, Index and Portfolio.

  • Students interested in a career in Financial Service Operations with grades tracking 2.2 or higher.
  • Keen focus on attention to detail, quality and risk awareness in all deliverables and in striving for service excellence.
  • Possess an eagerness and curiosity for continuous learning.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve customer service level agreements.
  • Ability to think critically, analytically, and to problem-solve
  • An enthusiastic communicator
  • Has good interpersonal awareness and understands how to respond to people. Keeps the team informed and up-to-date.

  • Project – work in a group with your colleagues in the program to solve a business problem.
