Equans is looking for an IAM Functional Analyst to reinforce the IAM team within SLS Digital Workplace (DWP). We are a small yet highly motivated and skilled team of IAM experts responsible for IT2IT IAM services. Together, the team manages and continually improves the global IAM landscape. First to support the day-to-day operations, acting as a 3rd line for our IT partner and Equans stakeholders. Secondly to identify and implement significant improvements to enhance security and satisfaction, while taking part in engaging global projects.
As an IAM Functional Analyst, you are supporting the team by optimizing the IAM service offering and processes related to the day-to-day operations of the Equans IAM stack. You do this in close cooperation with your IAM colleagues and the operational teams of our IT partner located in India. As an analyst you also contribute to the requirement definition, design and implementation of IAM projects by capturing stakeholders evolving business and functional needs.
Through a pro-active and team oriented mindset you are able to integrate in the IAM and SLS DWP teams by communicating your ideas clearly and building on relationships. Your interest/knowledge of IT and problem-solving skills allow you to achieve both individual ambitions and team goals.
Your tasks include:
- identify and capture business needs to translate them to functional requirements for implementation and improvement of IAM processes and solutions
- take ownership and maintain global IAM processes and models (e.g. role, governance, onboarding, ...), leveraging team and stakeholder feedback to improve them
- work together with the IAM teams to produce and maintain functional documentation and training material, and to answer questions from local IT with regards to IAM services
- help maintain the overall security of the IAM solutions, following the standards and guidelines of the Cybersecurity team and identifying potential security risks and issues
- participate in small and large IAM projects such as user migrations, carve-in and carve-out projects, ...
What do you need to be successful in this function?
- bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, IT business management or a related field
- minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT environments, preferably within an IAM or Cybersecurity team
- strong communication skills, ability to learn and grow in a corporate and IT environment
- analytical skills to understand and discuss key ideas, objectives and security principles
- organizational skills and particular attention to detail, including in capturing information and in writing comprehensive documentation
- ability to present and organize training for non-technical people on IAM service offerings
- general understanding of IT concepts (systems, security, storage, network, software development, support)
Considered as a major plus:
- knowledge of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management (on/off-boarding), identity governance, role & access management (RBAC, ...), Authentication, Authorization and more
- knowledge/conceptual training on key identity solutions (IDM, IGA, AM, PAM, ...) and top market IAM vendors
- experience working with IAM teams to maintain business role and/or application catalogues
- hands-on experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, ...) to create clear documents and presentations
As a plus:
- knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, MITRE ATT&CK, …)
- knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, Agile and project management
- relevant IT and security certifications
- French speaking
