What You'll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to German-speaking clients.
• Assist with queries related to digital marketing and web design and offer practical solutions.
• Use your knowledge and enthusiasm for the digital space to engage customers and help solve their issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and web design to provide informed recommendations.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) in both spoken and written communication.
• Knowledge or experience in digital marketing or web design (mandatory).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a digital environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
