Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and preferably Framer Motion. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and user-friendly web interfaces that align with our design and functionality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and visually appealing web applications using Next.js and React.js.


• Implement user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and aligned with design specifications.


• Utilize Framer Motion for animations and transitions to enhance user experience (preferred).


• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.


• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.


• Technical Skills:




• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.


• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js frameworks.


• Hands-on experience wit Strapi is a big plus


• Expertise in using Tailwind CSS for styling and layout.


• Familiarity with Framer Motion for animations (preferred but not required).


• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.




• Soft Skills:




• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Remote Working / Office Presence:

This hire would need to be in the office when required, this will be at River House, near the City center. The hire will need to be prepared at stages to come into the office 3 days per week requested by the client.
