The Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, make arrangements with and coordinate payment for meeting venues (classrooms, boardrooms, etc)
- Identify restaurants and spaces for various meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception) and coordinate said meals.
- Identify vet (following Austral Group protocols) and make necessary arrangements with local transportation company for group transfers.
- Suggest cultural activities for group and coordinate details.
- Identify and coordinate participant gifts & care packages
- Gather information on local COVID and other protocols
- Coordinate on ground practical details for events organized by Austral Group for every visiting group.
- Ensure clear communication with Program Managers regarding all logistical details, confirming that final arrangements are fully shared and understood before a program starts

Keep strict budget control, being resourceful in providers, keeping in mind quality and Austral Standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced level of English
- Bachelorβs degree
- Experience in events and/or logistics is a plus
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Good user level experience with Google Workspace.
