About the team


&Open’s Sales team is growing. Our job is to grow the company, one new client at a time. We love meeting new brands, understanding their needs and helping them fulfill those needs via &Open’s technology and offerings. If you’re a force to be reckoned with and excel at winning clients over in all four hemispheres, then you’ll fit right in on our dynamic Sales team.





About the role


We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential new customers and managing an active pipeline of opportunities across all industry verticals. You’ll also be accountable for reaching monthly/quarterly targets, managing deals, ensuring forecast accuracy and driving usage with customers and prospects. This candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their business and guide them through the existing sales cycle. 





What you'll do?


  • Anticipate. Regularly understand customers’ requirements and evolving needs.

  • Report and forecast. Then be prepared to present findings to the senior leadership team with accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting.

  • Keep everything in order. Maintain current and accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients, in our CRM database.

  • Client management. Be the face of &Open as you work with clients on demo’s, pitch decks & their strategic goals within an enterprise sales process. 

  • Self-start. AKA bring your own ideas into the fold. Work collaboratively and creatively with our team to help develop target lists and identify new business channels.





What you'll need


  • 3-5  years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS

  • History of working in an enterprise sales environment

  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, comfortably interacting with others at all levels internally and externally

  • An active interest in opportunities that increase customer happiness and deepen customer relationships

  • A proven track record of identifying customer needs and successfully (and efficiently) delivering solutions on their behalf

  • The ability to work on a team that prioritises adaptability, drive and resilience

  • History of collaboration, working with internal and external partners to achieve team goals

  • Quick learning skills coupled with innovative ideas

  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the role and &Open’s offerings

  • Rigorous attention to detail — both with internal and external deliverables

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to continuously engage and empathise with prospective accounts while simultaneously collaborating with the broader &Open team
