RESPONSABILITIES:
Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
Ensure customers get fast time-to-value

Resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager
Studies/ Knowledge in Marketing or similar área;
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
Knowledge and experience working in the iGaming industry;
