Your key responsibilities…

  • Your primary focus is to inspire, support, lead and develop our international team of around 20 customer service agents and make sure they feel happy and motivated to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
  • You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, reporting and monitoring.
  • Work closely with our Quality department and our Teamlead in Germany to make sure our way of working is aligned, we optimize our efficiency and improve our quality of customer contacts.
  • Work together with other departments such as Omnichannel, CRM, E-Commerce and IT to improve processes and contribute to projects.
  • As you’re truly customer centric, you always know what our main contact drivers are and flag issues or start projects to improve our experience and service.

You ideally…

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Teamlead in a Customer Service department
  • Have experience in managing bigger teams of which partly remote
  • Know how to balance day-to-day tasks whilst working on projects
  • Are positive, reliable and resilient
  • Have a problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • We work with a bunch of applications so being tech-savvy is very beneficial
  • Fluency (Written and verbal) in both English and preferably Dutch or another European language.
