We are looking for a new member of our customer service team to join us in Brasov.

As a member of our small customer service team, you will work with both business and private customers on a daily basis. You will interact with customers face-to-face in our showroom, providing consultations to those who visit to view our products in person. Most of the communication, however, will be conducted via phone and email, as well as a significant amount of time dedicated to administrative tasks, such as preparing price offers and inputting information into the CRM system. You will also have the opportunity to engage in ongoing projects and initiate new ones. We offer wide access to knowledge and are happy to support your individual development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service to business clients and end-users, including in-person consultations in the showroom.
  • Offer advice and product information to customers and assist with their inquiries.
  • Handle phone and email communication, supporting various customers such as end clients, construction firms, architects, and designers.
  • Manage complaints occasionally, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with service technicians.
  • Participate in internal projects to improve department processes.
  • Use SAP and CRM software (Aurea) to manage customer data and workflows.

What you should have to be successful in this role:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong self-organization and independence.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Romanian.
