We require a Customer Service & Office Administrator for a leading Self-Storage company. You will be based on the reception and work in a samll, friendly team to deliver excellent customer service and promote storage unit sale alongside other duties.

Hours:


  • Full time, 37.5 hours a week

  • Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

  • Potential to be 'on call' remotely every 4-6 weeks at weekends (paid back as lieu time)


Customer Service & Office Administrator Duties such as:



  • Answer inbound calls in a friendly and efficient manner

  • Process online bookings and answer email queries

  • Process invoices and payments, contacting customers with overdue account

  • Updating and maintaining customer records on an on-going basis and complying with General Data Protection Regulation standards

  • Demonstrate a sales-focused and customer-centric behaviour when interacting with customers to drive merchandise sales

  • General cleaning when required

It would be advantageous if you have experience in a customer facing role possibly in retail such as a shop assistant, an estate agent or sales consultant plus a little knowledge of self-storage. If you have some customer service and sales experience we would love to hear from you!
