Your responsibilities will include:  

  • The operational management of the back-office team
  • A strong focus on Customer Experience
  • Developing key client relationships
  • Delivery to contractual key and operational performance indicator targets
  • Managing performance objectives
  • Providing support, mentoring and performance feedback

You will need the ability to

  • Problem solve
  • Manage people successfully
  • Motivate and engage a team to deliver service excellence
  • Previous call centre management experience
