Position: Real Estate Solicitor (Energy)
PQE: 1-6 years
Salary: Commensurate with experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with experience in conveyancing or real estate to specialise in the growing energy sector, advancing their career and expanding their professional options.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on real estate matters related to the energy sector


• Manage a diverse caseload involving conveyancing and real estate transactions


• Conduct due diligence and draft legal documents


• Negotiate and structure property deals


• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on energy-related projects


• Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years' PQE in Conveyancing or Real Estate Law in Ireland


• Proven experience in managing real estate transactions


• Interest or experience in the energy sector is a plus


• Experience with Agricultural Land a big plus


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent communication and client management skills
