Teamworx are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents for their  client based in North Dublin.

Hours of Work

Monday- Friday 8.30 am-5.00 pm ( Full Time / Perm position)

Responsibilities



  • Processing of customer sales orders, confirming order price and delivery dates and the agreed turnaround time

  • Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advising customers with updates

  • Managing back orders to strict deadlines

  • Dealing with all customer queries to the required standard

  • Supporting the customer service, technical support and showroom teams with other customer requirements when necessary

  • Involvement in standards improvements and progression with the customer experience manager

  • Promote products and offer alternatives that will benefit our customers

  • Support and liaise with purchasing on the order/sales trends of customers for forecast/budgetary purposes

  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships

  • Build and maintain excellent product knowledge

  • Ensure effective communication with all departments

  • Liaising closely with the warehouse and finance teams on outgoing orders and customer returns


Requirements



  • Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution

  • Excellent customer facing, telephone and electronic communication with a proven ability to be able to listen to customer queries and respond appropriately

  • Proven ability to solve problems and exude calmness under pressure

  • Well organised and excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Third level qualification in business or related field is desirable
