Charles Hughes Ltd. t/a Portwest is Ireland's leading supplier of workwear and PPE. Established in Westport in 1904, the company specializes in the design and production of protective clothing and personal protective equipment. Due to continued growth we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Westport. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment and the right candidate will be practical, ambitious and ready to hit the ground running in this role.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
- Order processing and customer service
- Preparing customer quotations
- Providing support to the Account Management team
- Sourcing special products from suppliers for client contracts
- Order management and order tracking
- End of month invoicing and reporting
- Business reporting as required
- Business administration as required
- Any other tasks as required in line with the role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Able to work accurately, at pace, to meet fixed deadlines
- Problem solving approach with a positive attitude
