The role 


As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role is multi-faceted and the proportion of your time spent on each aspect could vary from time to time. Responsibilities will vary from project to project but will include:

  • Identifying and capturing business requirements
  • Business process blueprinting for commercial processes incl. Pricing, Trade Promotion Management, Sales Planning, Revenue Growth Management 
  • Definition of target operating model for commercial functions
  • Coaching junior team members
  • Identifying and quantifying value creation levers for our clients, across sales, marketing and other commercial functions 
  • Developing business case and case for change as needed
  • Translating business requirements into solution design with support from technical teams

The Essentials:

  • Significant experience in consumer goods industry in commercial oriented roles (e.g. RGM / NRM, Sales, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing) OR equivalent experience in consulting roles 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to speak both business and data “language” as needed
  • Delivery experience of 1 - 2 transformational projects in commercial space
