About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Delivery team works directly with customers through targeted micro consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application.

About the Role

Consulting Manager, Workday Success Plans Delivery – Tech (Reporting) will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of Workday experts focused on helping our customers adopt new features and optimize their existing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks, and troubleshooting
  • Act as a queue lead for Reporting, reviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultant
  • Aggressively recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of consultants
  • Promote a team-orientated, challenging, and innovative work environment
  • Deliver on quarterly objectives including headcount/hiring, customer satisfaction, individual and team utilization and administer team’s incentive compensation plans
  • Maintain and improve the consulting onboarding, performance management and career development processes
  • Collaborate with peers and other team members to continuously look for process improvement to enhance the consultant experience
  • Work across organizations to align on priorities
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practices
  • You will be measured on customer satisfaction, utilization, program revenue & retention as well as individual goals.


About You

The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services, education services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software. Requirements include:

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Workday Reporting delivery
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams

  • Strong team player, committed to high quality delivery

  • Structured, organized, and disciplined, and able to priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm
