The mission of this role

Give support to the Quadpack Brand & Communications department in digital communications and event organization.

Key Responsibilities 

     Digital Communications

• Organise and manage creative assets and catalogue images for new product launches, revising existing assets as necessary.
• Ensure website content is regularly updated and remains accurate.
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Provide support in reviewing Environmental Reports.
• Collaborate on keeping the Perfect Toolbox up to date, including product marketing presentations and other materials.

     Events

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events.
• Manage, organise, and categorise product samples and client launch materials in storage spaces, ensuring they are neatly packed and properly maintained post-events.

Requirements

• Communication or another related field student
• Good MS Office skills
• Advanced English and Spanish level
• Available for an internship agreement
