The Role:

• Collaborate with a team of experts to understand client requirements and design building management systems (BMS) accordingly.
• Develop and set up user-friendly frontend graphical interfaces for the BMS using the Tridium/N4 platform.
• Program BMS devices for efficient building operation, focusing on energy-saving measures.
• Write detailed control narrative documents outlining the system’s functionality and operations.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

The Person:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Tridium building automation systems.
• Familiarity with control narrative documentation preferred (training provided if necessary).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and how they integrate with BMS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to test, fix, and optimize systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
