Join us as a Service & Revenue Assurance Analyst

You will be
involved in the area of Business Products. This is a key area for our business
and involves several vendors and third-party suppliers. The role reports to the
Partner & Product Manager, working on ensuring the revenue and service of our
product portfolio is upheld, accurate and meets customers’ expectations.

What else it involves

  • End to End
    Lifecycle of Non- Mobile Products & IoT
  • Liaison with key suppliers to
    provide necessary support and to ensure billing information provided by suppliers
    is accurate and to required standards
  • Reviewing Service Design
    documentation to ensure process flows are being adhered to from Sales to
    billing. Identify any issues and work with relevant teams to close these
    gaps, revise documentation as necessary and apply and communicate fixes.
  • Prepare and review monthly
    billing files at a product level and submitting necessary billing request
    to relevant teams or Backoffice teams or RPA BOTs where applicable (or in
    cases where system access is provided applying charges directly onto
    Amdocs billing system)
  • Look to automate all
    provisioning and billing process where necessary as a key focus to the
    role.
  • Review and update
    documentation on current provisioning, implementation and billing
    processes
  • Work with RPA designers to
    automate billing processes
  • Work with the salesforce.com
    team to improve the capture of product provisioning & billing
    information
  • Train Sales, Pre-Sales and
    Account Managers so that they understand and follow the correct processes
    and enter necessary details to ensure customer is both provisioned and
    billed correctly
  • Become an expert on necessary
    systems within the company ensuring both service and revenue is maintained
    to highest standards.
  • Working with Sales and
    CRM/TSD teams to automate processes around billing cancellation, ceasing,
    uplift dependent on customer contract changes e.g. termination, renewal,
    cancellation.
  • Reviewing 3CS credits raised
    and advising Portfolio Manager if they should be accepted or rejected
  • Spot check reviews of
    customer invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Support Product Manager
    and/or Account Manager to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support Account Managers and
    CRM with customer billing queries
  • Report on revenue (what’s
    been billed)
  • Assisting Product Managers
    to report on revenue versus budget per month
  • Managing costs from
    3rd party suppliers:
  • Raising Purchase Orders
    (POs) and receipting of POs
  • Maintaining a record of what
    POs have been raised and receipted and tracking when new POs will be
    required. Working with Accounts Payable internal teams.
  • Attend monthly meetings with
    internal teams to confirm payment status of invoices
  • Resolve issues as required
    to ensure invoices are processed correctly
  • Monthly meetings with 3rd
    party suppliers to confirm payment status of invoices
  • Reviewing 3rd party invoice
    statements and reconciling with internal view of invoices
  • Tracking actual costs (POs
    receipted) per supplier and per product per month and comparing to budget
    costs
  • Assisting Product Managers
    to report on costs over spend or underspend versus budget per month
  • Reconciling 3rd
    party costs with revenue
  • Assisting Product Managers
    to report on product profitability per month
  • Assist in the timely
    delivery of complete and accurate monthly management reports, including
    Product financial performance and other adhoc reports
  • Be a contributor to the
    management of the relationships with internal and external departments.
  • Support Business products team
    as requested by your manager.

  • Experience with salesforce.com
