Lepaya is on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer with web applications expertise to join our team. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and delivering top-notch product, in a collaborative environment. You'll also take care of maintaining and updating existing code when needed to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll bring

  • Over 5 years of experience developing robust production-level web applications, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • More than 5 years of experience with backend development and TypeScript, preferably with NestJs.

  • Strong background in automated testing, preferably using Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Familiarity with infrastructure, workflows, and pipelines, and confidence in handling frontend tasks.

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring mutual understanding.

  • A team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and leadership qualities.

  • A strong sense of ownership with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our product by developing high-quality and scalable software solutions.

  • Work comfortably across our stack using technologies such as TypeScript, NestJs, Flutter, React, PostgreSQL, Jest, and Terraform/AWS.

  • Engage in pair programming sessions and conduct code reviews with your team to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Advocate for enhancements in our processes, product quality, security, and performance.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to elevate our client experience and support your team’s development.
