Position: Senior Finance Manager

A leading aircraft leasing company is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting and accounting functions within the organisation.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a talented team, drive process efficiencies, and contribute to the continued success of their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end, quarterly, and statutory reporting processes.
- Drive process efficiencies to enhance reporting capability and data insights.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Identify and manage risks to maintain a strong controls environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for successful financial reporting.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Significant aircraft leasing experience in a financial reporting role.
- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliant environments. SUN accounting experience preferable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proactive approach to change and continuous improvement.
