To integrate one of our clients' projects in the Energy sector, we are looking for a Billing & Collection - SAP ISU Analyst. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of various projects and initiatives.

Your Challenges:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation phases.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in functional analysis and business process optimization.
• Perform implementation (customizing, writing technical specifications for developers).
• Conduct unit and integration testing.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding complex business processes and system interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Competencies:

• Knowledge of the Energy market in Belgium.

Languages:

• Fluent in either French or Dutch, with an excellent understanding of English.
