Currently looking to expand their diverse team of multilingual professionals, our client is looking for Sales Development Representatives to serve as experts on an exciting portfolio of products from an industry leading tech brand. You’ll be engaging with potential prospects, optimizing the best inbound and outbound sales processes, driving pipeline from regional events, and playing a valuable role in a dynamic cross functional team.

Key areas of responsibility:

Sales Development

  • Strive for high prospect engagement in order to provide timely information about the offered
  • services
  • Understand and help Sales and Marketing reach their Market targets
  • Help identify the best cloud solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
  • Build and foster trust between prospects and the larger team

Lead Management

  • Quickly assess and prioritize leads from marketing and other sources
  • Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their hardware and OS needs

Partner Engagement

  • Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs
  • Route leads to qualified partners for customized solutions


You’ll be a natural relationship builder, with an acute ability to assess needs and make decisions. Your expert understanding of operating systems and hardware services will help you engage, excite and understand your customers and stakeholders and create meaningful relationships internally and externally in a collaborative cross functional environment. You’ll be able to identify opportunities and articulate solutions, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.



Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in sales, marketing/sales/business development preferably at a high-tech company (SaaS sales experience highly desirable)
  • Comfortable in goal driven environment and attaining goals with broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
  • Able to work independently but within a cross functional team environment
  • Customer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
  • Strong outbound sales skills
  • Intelligent, and inquisitive individual who strives to extend their professional knowledge
  • CRM experience
