Field of activity

Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

We are seeking an experienced SAAS engineer.




Tasks/responsibilities



  • Strong background in SAAS and a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, DevOps practices, and experience in managing large-scale SaaS applications.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of our SaaS platform, including infrastructure management, application monitoring, and incident response.

  • Implement and maintain automated processes for provisioning, configuration, and deployment of our SaaS platform.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot our SaaS platform for performance and availability issues. Change Management and Incidents

  • Document our SaaS platform operations procedures and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends.

  • Contribute to the development of our company's SaaS strategy.

  • Ensure alignment with business and regulatory standards to provide a reliable solution and operational support.

  • Monitor and control services based on SLA, including ongoing enhancement in shared areas and communication with end-users.

  • Engage proactively with teams in Frankfurt, Prague, Luxembourg, and Cork to create, tailor, implement solutions, and assist clients.

  • Be part of a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule.


Qualifications/required skills.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or SAAS Operations

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience with security and compliance best practices for SaaS applications.

  • Experience with Operations, integration, performance testing and optimization.

  • Certification in cloud computing or SaaS Operations. Experience in troubleshooting complex issues and providing corresponding solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

  • Ability to work in a highly critical environment.

  • Committed to continuous learning.

  • Language skills – fluent English.
