re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and market focused Procurement Analyst in support of the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics program. As a RRL Procurement Analyst, you will support all procurement related responsibilities in support of our EMEA and APAC network by assisting in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services. In this role, you will engage closely with cross-functional teams, including commercials, quality assurance, and operations, to effectively identify the procurement needs of our de-manufacturing operations. Your collaboration will ensure that all departments are aligned and that we meet our operational requirements seamlessly.

As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze supplier performance and cultivate strong relationships with vendors. This will be crucial in guaranteeing that we receive high-quality materials on time and at competitive prices. You'll dive into market research to pinpoint potential suppliers and evaluate pricing trends, allowing us to make informed purchasing decisions.

In addition, you will assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all orders comply with company policies. Monitoring inventory levels will also be part of your duties, where you'll help manage stock to avoid any shortages or overstock situations that could disrupt our production flow. Throughout all these activities, you'll maintain accurate records and databases to keep track of procurement activities, including order statuses and supplier information, ensuring that we have a clear and organized overview of our procurement operations.

Key job responsibilities
Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, and supplies required for manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to identify procurement needs.

Analyze supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.

Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Maintain accurate records and databases for procurement activities, including tracking order status and supplier information.

Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and performance for management review.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiencies.

• 3+ years of procurement or vendor management experience
• 3+ years of reverse logistics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


•Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Basic understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management is a plus.
