QA Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a QA Business Analyst to join our UniQue Brussels team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Analysis of Business requirements.
• Documentation of Business requirements.
• Business model analysis.
• Business process analysis.
• Business processes modelling.
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
• Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
• Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
• Advice on quality improvements.
• Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
• Advice in defining and implementation of test processes and test automation: writing and reviewing test cases.
• Drafting of user documentation.
• Interaction with various stakeholders, such as business analysts, customer, users, project leaders.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and 11 years of experience in IT.
• At least 1 year of experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
• Experience in testing (web services and web UI) and test automation. This includes the ability to write and execute test cases and experience with tools such as SoapUI, Zephyr and Selenium.
• Proven experience with the testing lifecycle, including integration and regression testing.
• Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle) and service testing using SOAPUI (WSDL, XSD understanding).
• Very good understanding of Selenium.
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (such as Confluence and Jira).
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies is required.
• Being able to understand well requirements analysis in a web applications environment.
• Very good understanding of the agile development workflow.
• Fluent in English, at leas at a level B2, French will be considered an advantage.
