WHAT WE DO
The primary role of the team is to manage complex IT infrastructure projects and programmes for our customers in EMEA, following standard methodology and best practices in project and programme management.
YOUR ROLE
This is an opportunity to be part of complex transformation programmes for our customers, working alongside the Programme Management teams.
The Project Coordinator is responsible to provide PMO support to Program and Project Managers, including: driving standards across programs and projects, follow up on execution of tasks, change management, portfolio coordination support, risk management, facilitation of program and project meetings and governance support.
Your role will be to provide overall Program Management support: meeting minutes, PPT presentations, Excel reports, setup and maintain meeting cycles and general project event calendar; administrative services to the Project Boards, Project Team Meeting; collect lessons learned from all project members.
You will facilitate key program meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved
You will act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for requests for information and support in relation to the program. You will create plans and documentations for projects, including scheduling meetings, budgets, deadlines, etc.
You will also be responsible for communication management - distribution list creation; manage messages on Program level - including newsletter(s) delivery, other announcements; management of meetings’ logistics (check on the frequency, re-schedule, cancel) or any other associated activity; keep meeting minutes
You will configure the Quality Checklists; setup of the quality gates; configure Deliverables Checklist; quality tracking and reporting
When it comes to Change Management, you will be responsible for managing the change log, follow up on actions needed for completion of Change Requests and regular monitoring of trends and completion of change requests.
In addition, you will also manage the Third-Party Labor process and find ways of improving and streamlining the process.
We are looking for candidates with background in Professional Services, Account Management, Project Management, Enterprise IT Management, Customer Support, Enterprise software deployments. Programme/Project Management Office experience is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years as part of a Program/Project Management Office is required.
Experience with process design and implementation is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience in a technology-related field

Customer facing experience is a plus
Confluence experience is a plus
Additional foreign languages besides English are an advantage
