Trend Micro is on the lookout for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Cork on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Our People Operations Team play a critical part in ensuring that we live up to our promise to our Employees as a company.

In this role you will focus on providing operational support throughout the full Employee Lifecycle. 

The People Operations team act as a “front-face” for employee queries and provides an efficient and timely People administrative service to the European business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As our People Operations Specialist for Europe, you will work with the wider HR team, employees, and managers across a wide variety of People processes and transactions.  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day People operational activities related to all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Support talent acquisition and talent development
  • Assist in design and implementation of key People projects
  • Update internal Employee information hub
  • Manage benefit administration
  • Act as referral point-of-contact on employee queries and escalate through the appropriate channels.

You are:

  • Fluent in English, and an additional European language, preferably German/ French/ Italian
  • A self-starter, with the ability to be able to work on own initiative
  • A flexible team player, with a passion to improve the employee experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A person of integrity & honesty, with the ability to build trust with others and committed-to the principles of confidentiality
  • Likely to be a CIPD graduate or similar calibre

You have:

  • Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills
  • High competency with Microsoft Office applications, MS Windows.
  • Strong oral & written communication, listening and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience of Workday & specialized knowledge in HR is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail
