Zurich Insurance Benelux has an excellent opportunity for you to become our MGA (Managing General Agent) Business Development Leader. As a part of our strategy to accelerate our growth in the Middle Market and MGA business, Zurich Insurance Benelux has recently established a Middle Market department. The role of MGA Business Development Leader will become a part of this Middle Market team and play a crucial role in managing, coordinating, and ultimately developing the portfolio of MGA’s alongside the Head of Middle Market.
This is a hybrid role where you will based in our office in The Hague, parttime (minimum 80%) is possible.
Key Accountabilities
In this role you are the go-to person for our external clients, brokers and internal colleagues with a focus on new business opportunities. You ensure the correct follow up within the MGA Governance framework and lead the onboarding of new MGA’s and managing existing relationships.
