Logistics Team Leader

So, what are the main duties of a Logistics Team Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

You will join a team (with around 50 colleagues – LUX, BXL and other EU countries) to perform logistics, stocks and inventory team leader role. The activity will be delivered on-site to the customer premises.

As a Logistics Team Leader you will

 

• Design the planning based on priorities and available capacity
• Work closely with technical teams and act as a point of contact for a project.
• Assign the work to operational team members
• Daily management of the team:
  • design the planning based on priorities and available capacity
  • assign the work to projects team members
  • correctly update the activities in terms of agreed upon scope, deliverables, estimated workload
• Independently and proactively analyse and communicate issues, priorities, and objectives
• Document and communicates project management artifacts to the team and all stakeholders as appropriate
• The following are in scope of the position (but not limited to) :
  • Installation of IT Equipment
  • IT Equipment actions (moves, incidents, withdrawal, write-off)
  • Management of Home IT Equipment
  • Distribution of BXL-LUX newcomers IT Equipment
  • IT Equipment End-of-Life organization
  • IT Hub & central stocks of IT Equipment management
  • Inventory : Operational follow-up
• In scope of this position, the responsible needs to ensure that those duties are executed on due time and following the defined process
• Responsible for the production of the contractual reports and ensure that the defined KPIs are respected
• Ensure that the procedures are well defined and up-to-date

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and French (min. C1)
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar function (Logistics team leader)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong organisational skills (time management and priority setting) with strong attention to detail

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• General knowledge of EU institutions
• Experience with European Commission is an asset
• Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
• Technical background in any of the domains of the services is a plus
• ITIL Certification (min. v3)
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of logistics tools
