Jr. Financial Analyst - ITDS


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our International Training & Development Solutions .As a Business Analyst, you will support our organization in keeping our financial operations efficient and effective. You will be part of the Business Development & Solution team within ITDS, and you will be working closely with very diverse colleagues as well as, key stakeholders & partners. We are an internationally diverse department focused on Learning & Development and Support solutions for our DHL Group colleagues. Professionalism and customer-centricity are our main driving forces.


How will you contribute to the success of DHL?


You will be responsible for providing financial expertise, estimating EBIT and ensuring that budgets are met. In addition to financial analysis, you will work closely with business colleagues to provide them with regular budget updates, gather and document requirements and develop solutions that meet their business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining master data to ensure accurate invoicing and cost allocation. On regular basis, you will be investigating discrepancies in financial statements and answering questions and queries from different parties. 


You will be preparing financial updates and recommendations as well as communicating the result to our team.  


 


 

 


Do you have what it takes?




  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;

  • Intermediate Excel skills;

  • Knowledge and understanding of cost neutral operating model in ITDS (GBS);   

  • Strong customer focus;

  • High degree of teamwork 

  • High degree of written expression;

  • Basic knowledge about controlling principles;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Good stress resistance;

  • Attention to details;

  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment;

  • Fluency in English and preferably an additional language.
