IT Functional Analyst

Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a IT Functional Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As a IT Functional Analyst you will : 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications.
• Work closely with the UX designers to obtain an intuitive and easy to use system.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, functional design, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, practical sense and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, MS tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of complex business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, is a must have 
• Customer-oriented and team player.
