Job Description

As an International Retail Coordinator, you will support our retail stores worldwide and be the linking pin between the stores together with the Local Head Offices (LHO) and the Central Head Office (CHO). 

 In this international role you will secure full clarity on what is expected at which point in time, in what way and by whom. You will do this for all our Company Owned retail stores across the world to secure a consistent way of working and full knowledge of all programs, tools and systems to further optimizations of processes and procedures.  

Your main responsibilities:  

  • Communication interface between our LHO’s and Rituals stores 
  • Support in communication on various topics via various channels 
  • Continuous monitoring and optimisation of guidelines and processes to ensure a global consistent way of working globally 
  • Preparation of in-store retail meetings and other retail-related projects 
  • Work closely with the Retail Coordinators and different CHO departments / stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Innovation and Format & Design 

Other than that, you will support our local retail coordinators worldwide at Rituals on a daily base. You will drive commercial growth and ensure optimal customer service by coordinating and executing impactful projects that will reduce time and improve efficiency for stores and Retail Coordinators. You will get the information from multiple departments via different channels of communication between Central Head Office and the local retail lines and vice versa. 

You will be a team member of the Retail Operational Excellence team, together with multiple other colleagues. This team is part of the Global Retail team. What gives you energy is to make connection with our local teams in the markets and support them in various operational topics. You will have a full focus to always support the local Retail Coordinators and in the end our Retail stores in the best way. You will notice that our daily work will be led by what is ongoing in our markets in which you play an important role. And how do you describe our working atmosphere? Qualifications

Grow through your personality: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience (retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, hotel, catering or similar service-oriented environment) 
  • Structured, careful and flexible way of working combined with your solution-orientated, independent and proactive personality 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English) 
  • Organisational and coordination skills and enjoy working in a team
