Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Intern to join our Learning and Development (L&D) on a 6-month Internship (Full-time or Part-time, depending on availability). This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning, while contributing to the professional development of employees across the Stefanini EMEA region.

In this entry-level role, you will support the planning, coordination, and communication of L&D initiatives, work with internal systems and tools, and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and updating the monthly soft skills training calendar, based on business priorities and employee development needs.
  • Support the customization of training materials in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts.
  • Track and maintain accurate data related to training delivery, including participant lists, feedback forms, and attendance records.
  • Manage communication with external training vendors, including course enrollments and exam voucher requests, in alignment with internal procurement processes.
  • Maintain LinkedIn Learning Management (LLM) access rights, ensuring proper setup of user roles, audience management, and reporting aligned with the organizational structure.
  • Help build learning paths using curated content and contribute to the development of internal learning catalogs.
  • Support the design and rollout of learning communication campaigns, including promotional emails, internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects, such as onboarding journeys, event coordination, or internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Romanian is a plus).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in learning and talent development.
  • Creativity and curiosity - willing to share fresh ideas and contribute to the team's continuous improvement efforts.
  • Previous internship or volunteering experience in HR, L&D, or communications is a plus but not required.
