We are seeking a talented and dedicated Business Analyst with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional requirements collection and documentation, use cases definition, and UAT support, preferably with a background in implementing complex systems in banking.
What will you do?
- Collect and document functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Define and develop use cases and detailed functional specifications.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions on existing business processes.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives with technical solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and create training materials as needed.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably experience with banking or energy sector it is a plus.
- Strong experience in functional requirements collection and documentation, use cases definition, and UAT support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management techniques.
- Involvement in core banking, Front end implementation, CRM, ERP or Analytics platform implementation/development it’s a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP) are advantageous.
