We’re looking for a dynamic and organised HR Officer to play a vital role in supporting our HR operations. In this position, you will be the backbone of our team, focusing on HR data administration, smooth onboardings and offboardings, and organising engaging company events. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a broad range of HR functions while ensuring the employee experience is seamless and positive.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Guru: You’ll assist in maintaining our HR data systems, helping to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurate. From supporting with new hire data entry to updating existing records, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
Payroll Preparation Prodigy: As part of the payroll team, you’ll dive into the preparation and drafting of payroll documents. You will assist in getting everything ready for final payroll processing. You’ll work behind the scenes to support compliance with tax regulations and benefits administration, gaining hands-on experience in payroll operations. Your attention to detail will be key in making sure the team has everything they need to keep payroll running smoothly.
Onboarding & Offboarding Maestro: You’ll help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and support the offboarding of departing employees. From assisting with paperwork to helping set up workspaces, you’ll ensure a smooth transition for everyone joining or leaving the company.
Event Management Extraordinaire: Help plan and organize team-building activities and company-wide events. You’ll support in creating engaging and memorable experiences that bring the team together, learning the ins and outs of event management along the way.
Legal Navigator: Work closely with the HR team on legal matters like employee grievances and disciplinary actions. You’ll get a firsthand look at how HR navigates legal challenges, assisting in document preparation and learning from experienced professionals.
Contract Craftsmanship: Help draft and review work contracts, ensuring they align with legal standards and company policies. You’ll support the HR team in managing contracts and ensuring compliance, gaining valuable insight into the legal aspects of HR.
Talent Scout Support: Assist with job postings and help manage recruitment channels. Your eye for detail will ensure job openings are accurately advertised, helping to attract the best candidates for the team.
Safety Sentry: Assist the team in maintaining a safe work environment. You’ll help with safety training, stay informed on regulations, and support the ongoing efforts to keep the workplace secure for everyone.
Conditions and “perks
Contract : 6 months - Full time Internship
Paid internship based in Brussels
